3 Days Phuket: City Tour, FantaSea Show & Phang Nga Bay
This three-day package answers a common complaint about short Phuket trips — that they are all beach and no island. Day one is a proper sightseeing day, day two is a full day at sea, and the evening entertainment is booked rather than left to chance.
The city tour covers Promthep Cape at the island's southern tip, Wat Chalong — Phuket's largest and most significant Buddhist temple — and Phuket Old Town, where Sino-Portuguese shophouses, cafés and street art fill a compact grid of streets. The evening is given over to Phuket FantaSea, a Thai cultural theme park whose Palace of the Elephants theatre stages a roughly seventy-minute production of illusion, aerial ballet, acrobatics and pyrotechnics, preceded by an international buffet.
Day two is the Phang Nga Bay speedboat tour: Panak Island's sea caves, James Bond Island, canoeing at Tham Lod Cave, lunch at the stilt village of Koh Panyee, and swimming at Naka Island. Day three is free in Patong before your transfer.

Why This 3 Days Phuket Package Stands Apart

Phuket FantaSea — Palace of the Elephants
FantaSea is a Thai cultural theme park on Kamala Beach, and its centrepiece is the Palace of the Elephants theatre. The production runs around seventy minutes and combines Thai mythology and cultural storytelling with illusion, aerial ballet, acrobatics, indoor pyrotechnics and stunts. An international buffet dinner and time to browse the grounds come before the show. Performances run Tuesday, Friday and Sunday; when FantaSea is not running, the Carnival Magic show is substituted.

Promthep Cape & Wat Chalong
Promthep Cape is the headland at Phuket's southern tip and the island's most photographed viewpoint, looking out across the Andaman Sea, the offshore islands and the rugged southern coastline. Wat Chalong is Phuket's largest and one of its most important Buddhist temples, with elaborately decorated halls and a grand pagoda, and your guide provides the context for what it means to the local community.

Phuket Old Town's Sino-Portuguese Streets
Phuket Old Town is a compact grid of preserved heritage buildings — Sino-Portuguese shophouses in faded pastel, built on the island's tin-mining wealth. Thalang, Dibuk and Soi Romanee are now filled with cafés, boutiques, galleries and street art, and it is the part of Phuket that looks least like a resort and most like a town with its own history.

Phang Nga Bay & James Bond Island
The full-day speedboat tour cruises Panak Island's limestone cliffs and sea caves, lands at James Bond Island — Khao Ping Kan and the offshore stack of Koh Tapu, made famous by the 1974 film The Man with the Golden Gun — and includes a canoe through Tham Lod Cave at Koh Talu. Lunch is at Koh Panyee, the stilt village in the bay, and the day finishes with swimming at Naka Island.

Phuket — Arranged by Malaysia's Trusted Agency Since 1988
The difference between this package and a cheaper Phuket break is that the two things people most often miss — the Old Town and a booked seat at FantaSea — are arranged in advance. FantaSea runs on set nights, and the show sells out; Dhesu books it against your arrival date rather than leaving you to discover on day three that the theatre is dark.
MATTA & IATA Registered
Fully licensed Malaysian travel agency. Southern Thailand is a short flight from Kuala Lumpur and one of our most frequently booked beach circuits.
35+ Years of Thailand Experience
Since 1988 we have been arranging Thailand holidays for Malaysians. Our Andaman coast operators are long-term partners, not rotating contractors.
Private Airport Transfers
Arrival and departure transfers are private and included, so you are met at the terminal rather than left to find a taxi rank.
Transparent Pricing
The rate shown is per person on twin sharing, with the boat tours, guide and national park fees stated plainly under inclusions and exclusions.
Phuket City Tour and FantaSea Package from Malaysia
Most short Phuket packages from Malaysia are beach-and-boat only. This one adds the island's cultural sightseeing on the arrival day, which is the day usually written off to a transfer and a hotel check-in.
Promthep Cape, Wat Chalong and Phuket Old Town can all be covered comfortably in an afternoon with a guide and a private vehicle, and they sit naturally between the airport and Patong. The FantaSea show then fills the evening. It is a considerably fuller first day than a standard arrival, and it means day two can be given entirely to Phang Nga Bay.
Is the Phuket FantaSea Show Worth Seeing?
FantaSea is a large-scale theatrical production rather than a traditional cultural performance, and it is best approached on those terms. The roughly seventy-minute Fantasy of a Kingdom show in the Palace of the Elephants combines Thai mythology and storytelling with illusion, aerial ballet, acrobatics, indoor pyrotechnics and stunts, and the production values are genuinely high.
The international buffet before the show is substantial, and the grounds — laid out as a Thai-inspired village with souvenir shops and entertainment areas — are worth arriving early for. Performances run Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. On Monday, Wednesday and Saturday the Carnival Magic show is included instead.
