Your Bali adventure begins with a warm airport greeting and transfer to your hotel. The third day is the most extraordinary of your journey — a trip east through Bali's rural heartland to some of its most sacred and beautiful sites. Depart early for Pura Lempuyang Luhur, one of Bali's nine directional temples and home to the legendary 'Gates of Heaven'. The ancient Candi Bentar split gateway, perfectly framing the majestic cone of Mount Agung in the distance — and reflected in the mirror-still ornamental pool before it — is one of the most iconic and most photographed images in all of travel. Your guide will ensure you get the best timing and composition for your photographs. After exploring the temple grounds with their panoramic mountain views, head to lunch at Maha Gangga restaurant, beautifully set in a rice field with mountain backdrop. The afternoon brings two contrasting gems: the Tirta Gangga Royal Water Palace — a serene complex of tiered ornamental fountains, fish ponds, mossy stone sculptures and tropical gardens built by the last King of Karangasem — and the Kanto Lampo Waterfall, a stunning wide cascade over stepped volcanic rock in a lush jungle ravine. Dinner of the famous spiced Ayam Betutu traditional Balinese chicken completes a truly unforgettable day.

Your final morning in Bali is completely free — perfect for a beach walk, a traditional Balinese massage, a visit to a local café for one last acai bowl and fresh coconut, or simply sitting by the hotel pool watching Bali ease into another tropical day.
