Your Bali journey begins with a warm welcome at Ngurah Rai International Airport. Drive up to the Kintamani highlands for a spectacular Indonesian buffet lunch at Grand Puncak Sari, set on the rim of the ancient Batur caldera with an unobstructed panoramic view of the active Mount Batur volcano and the vast, serene Lake Batur. In the afternoon, visit the sacred Tegalalang Rice Terrace — emerald terraces cascading down a jungle valley that are among Asia's most iconic landscapes — with the optional Alas Arum Bali Swing (RM68) for aerial views. The day's spiritual high point is the Tirta Empul Temple, where the holy spring waters have flowed continuously for over a thousand years and devotees immerse themselves in purification rituals believed to restore health and spiritual purity. Dinner at Fork Bakery and Grill Kuta rounds off a full and wonderful day.

Today takes you through the lush Bedugul highlands in the north of Bali. Begin at Bloom Garden Bedugul — a beautiful tropical flower garden where the cool mountain air carries the scent of orchids and roses against a backdrop of misty hills. Continue to the magical Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, the iconic floating temple on Lake Beratan's shores, dedicated to Dewi Danu, the goddess of the lake. The temple's multi-tiered pagodas are reflected perfectly in the still water, creating a scene of extraordinary beauty that is one of the most photographed images in all of Bali. Lunch at Ulun Danu Resto overlooks the lake. A fascinating detour follows to Junglegold Chocolate Factory — the world's first plant-based chocolate factory — where you can learn about Bali's cacao heritage and sample some extraordinary local chocolate creations. The day reaches its dramatic crescendo at Tanah Lot, one of Bali's most iconic sea temples, perched on a rocky sea stack surrounded by crashing waves. As the sun descends and the sky turns to fire, the temple silhouette makes for an extraordinary final image of the day. Dinner at Tempong Indra serves authentic Balinese grilled chicken.

Your final morning in Bali is completely free — spend it at the beach, exploring the local markets, getting a traditional Balinese massage, or simply relaxing over a long breakfast.
