Badrinath
Sacred to Lord Vishnu, the colourful Badrinath temple sits in a stunning mountain setting near the Tibet border, with the Tapt Kund hot springs below.

Char Dham Yatra from Malaysia
The Char Dham Yatra is the holiest pilgrimage in Hinduism, visiting the four sacred Himalayan shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. This 12 day package handles the demanding logistics so you can focus on the devotion.
The journey involves significant mountain driving and treks or pony rides to reach Yamunotri and Kedarnath, with helicopter options available. We provide yatra assistance throughout and use experienced mountain drivers.
It is a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage for devotees, demanding but profoundly rewarding.
Season, Altitude and Preparation
The Char Dham shrines open roughly from late April or May to October or November, closing for the harsh Himalayan winter. This narrow window is the only time the yatra can be done, so booking well ahead is essential.
The high altitude and treks make a reasonable level of fitness important, and we strongly advise consulting your doctor before travelling. Helicopter and pony options reduce the physical demands of the most difficult sections, such as Kedarnath.
